What do I need to bring?Please bring swimwear with you - for under your wetsuit. You'll need a towel for afterwards too. Appropriate footwear that you don’tmind getting wet, or flip flops to walk to the shore in. All other Equipment is provided.

When do I need to arrive?Please Arrive 30 Minutes before scheduled arrival. This is to allow time for your briefing, dry land lesson and time to get into your wetsuit and buoyancy aid for your activity.

How long does a lesson last?All of our activities run and are booked by the hour. The Boat Activies are bookable by the hour and are made up of 4 x 15 mins activity slots. Or if there are 3 people then 20 mins each. Perfect for the beginner or experienced rider. We offer Wakeboard, waterski, Wakesurf and Ringo rides. Just Select G23 when booking. Stand Up Paddleboarding & Kayaking are available to book in multiple hours. You'll need approx 4 hours to get to and from the Drovers Inn and to whet the whistle. Just book the following hour and so on. Select Watersports from the Drop down when booking. To book a longer session e.g. A boat Trip you'll want 4 x 1hour Boat time to include a stop off at a Pub. Just add the next hour and so on.

Are there changing facilities?Yes, we have onsite changing facilities.

What if I have never done it before?That's ok, we were all newbie's at some point. You will get a dry last lesson and demonstration before we get to the water by a fully Qualified & experienced instructor, then we head to the Loch to put your new skills into action!

Can someone come and watch?Boat - You can have up to 8 passengers in the boat in total. SUP/Kayak - Your shore support are welcome to see you launch from the marina and walk along to the Ardlui hotel where there's an outside area and Garden.

Is there an age restriction?Wakeboarding and waterskiing from 8 years old. All of our other watersports children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Speedboat trips are suitable for all ages.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, card and bank transfers.

Will my activity be cancelled due to weather?Generally speaking we can run most activities in any weather. You're getting wet (most of the time) anyway, right? When extreme weather conditions mean we cannot operate we will contact you with the details you provided at the time of booking with at least 2 hours notice where possible.

Adding extra time to my bookingOnce you've selected the start hour of the activity you'd like to the booking system, this will take you to the check out and give you two options - check out or add another. Add the following hour and so on. We cannot guarantee availability on the day but will accomodate where possible.

Where can the Boat depart from?We are based at the Ardlui Hotel & Marina and depart from the main Jetty. However we can pick up anywhere on Loch Lomond at an additional fee.

Can I bring my dog on the boat?Furry friends are always welcome on site and to participate in Kayaking or SUP (please bring a Buoyancy Aid for them!) unfortunately we cannot accomodate dogs in the boats.

Can pregnant people join?You're welcome to join in on the speedboat trips however we would recomened seeking advice from your doctor with regards to any other activities.

Mobility DisabilitiesCustomers with mobility disabilities are welcome to join the Speedboat trips providing they can manage with our assistance. Unfortunately wheelchairs cannot be taken in the speedboat.

LifejacketsLifejackets will always be provided and must be worn.

Traveling by carParking Facilities are provided free of charge. The A82 to Ardlui can get extremely busy, please take this into consideration when traveling.

Traveling by public transportYou can travel by bus or Train which arrives directly outside Ardlui and is a short walk to the Hotel and Marina.
